Frequently Asked Questions

After placing the order, we process your item on the same day. But sometimes it takes until the next day if there is high traffic of orders. So we normally say our processing time is 1-2 business days.

After your item is processed, it takes a maximum of 4 days to reach your doorstep. UPS/FedEx normally takes a couple of days but sometimes a little bit of delay assumes 4 maximum days in transit. Rainy season or general public holidays can be delayed a little bit but we will call and inform first.

In General, it takes a total of 4 to 6 days from order placement to delivery.

There are 2 possibilities. We use a 3rd party app which can show tracking history via UPS/FedEx API system. So you can go to Track Order page and write down your order number and email. (Order number can be checked in the order confirmation email).

Second possibility is to find the UPS/FedEx tracking information in the Transit confirmation email and use their respected website for tracking.

Not at all. All the transactions are managed by Stripe and or Paypal. Customers can only purchase by going into their secure dashboard to checkout.

We accept PayPal, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), VISA etc. as general payment methods.

We offer a 45 days huge period for refunds. If you have any issue with your order, please reach us within 45 days after order delivery. Further see at our Refund Policy.
